Michoacan cuisine is held in the highest esteem by our guests at Hotel Mansión Iturbe in Patzcuaro . With each visit, they want to delve more deeply into the cuisine of our region and discover new flavors. In the Lake Patzcuaro and Lake Zirahuen basins, several strains of native maize developed by the Purhepecha community before the arrival of the Spaniards are still harvested.
