Since 1970, Doña Paca Restaurant in Pátzcuaro has been concerned with preserving Michoacan gastronomy, offering its guests an authentic and unique culinary experience. Located in the heart of Patzcuaro, our restaurant has witnessed how traditional flavors have been passed down from generation to generation. In 2024, this legacy has been recognized worldwide by World Food Atlas, a prestigious platform that catalogs and ranks the best dishes and cuisines of the world. In its 2024/2025 edition, Doña Paca Restaurant in Pátzcuaro , was highlighted as one of the best restaurants of traditional Michoacan cuisine, highlighting among its dishes the traditional corundas. Our history goes back more than half a century, when we opened our doors with the firm intention of preserving the traditional recipes of the region.
