The prize-winning Mexican wine served with each entre was from la Casa Vinícola (Monte Xanic, Guadalupe Valley of Baja California), whose wine steward was in charge of selecting the particular wines to accompany the pre-established menú.

In the case of the Doña Paca Restaurant’s presentation, the selected wine was Calixa Cabernet Sauvignon-Syra.  The meal was topped off with the famous and delicious Uruapan coffee.
